| Terry
Hale (known to most as Tel) has been involved in clay shooting
for over 30 years. He built and ran shoots on a part time basis
until 1989 when he gave up his haulage business to become a
full time professional course builder and shooting instructor. |

| He was
one of the founder members of the Cross Gun Club and
over the years has developed the ground, which he now runs as
the Cross Shooting Ground. |
| His love
of the sport, his enthusiasm and hard work, have opened up many
opportunities for him. He has designed and built shoots both
here in the UK and abroad and his expertise in course design
and building have earned him a reputation for fair but testing
shoots. |
| He
also runs shoots for the BASC and has raised
thousands of pounds for various charities through charity
shoots. |
